Quality and environmental policy
The management of NORVIL is firmly committed to delivering quality products and services while minimizing the impact that any activity related to our processes may have on the environment. Our Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, applicable to the DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, AND COMMERCIALIZATION OF CORPORATE CLOTHING, is based on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. It is continuously maintained and improved for this purpose. NORVIL's Quality and Environmental policy is based on the following principles:
- Commitment to comply with customer, legal, and regulatory requirements, as well as any other requirements that the organization subscribes to environmental and quality matters.
- Improve customer satisfaction by meeting the technical and quality requirements expected by our customers, as well as meeting agreed-upon deadlines.
- Minimize environmental impact through the use of techniques, materials, and work guidelines that optimize natural resources and minimize all types of pollution and environmental harm related to waste, emissions, discharges, consumption, or any other aspect.
- Improve production controls to reduce costs without compromising the quality of work, by monitoring every environmental aspect associated with them.
- Continuously improve the qualification of NORVIL staff and promote responsibility at all levels of the organization through ongoing training and information for personnel involved in the management system.
- Implement technological improvements that allow for time and cost savings, reduce environmental impact, and impact customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
- To achieve the stated objectives and, therefore, compliance with the Quality and Environmental Management System, management establishes its commitment to meet customer requirements, applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as those established in the system by continuously improving its effectiveness.
This policy is subject to review for continuous suitability and is communicated both internally and to all parties related to NORVIL or acting on its behalf, in order to achieve their participation and involvement in the Management System.
This policy is available to the general public and other interested parties.
